As part of our production model, we do not stock inventory; all items are made to order to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Because of this, minimum order quantities are required for each production run. Each hat will be printed with Fletcher Farms Amarillo logo (as pictured) using DTF technique to ensure bright, crisp detail and long-lasting wear. DTF (Direct-to-Film) shirt printing is a modern printing method where your design is first printed onto a special transfer film and then heat-pressed onto the garment. The process involves printing the artwork with specialized inks, applying a powdered adhesive, curing it with heat, and pressing it onto the shirt for a strong, flexible bond.
